Author Sedona Hutton (pen name)
Chris Young/Sedona Hutton is a bestselling author, trainer, coach, and former executive. She holds an MBA degree and certifications as a Jack Canfield Success Principles Trainer, Professional Life Coach, and Chopra Center Primordial Sound Meditation instructor. She finds inspiration in the beautiful Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, where she lives with her curly-coated retriever, Dudley.
After surviving a house fire, two near-fatal accidents, and a major career shift—all within the same timeframe—Chris learned not only how to overcome adversity, but how to transform her career, her results, and her life.
She achieved this by applying timeless principles: taking full responsibility for her life, trusting her inner guidance, embodying authenticity, embracing uncertainty, aligning with her passions, and consciously directing her destiny.
